A PDC bit is defined by more than its diameter. To be quoted a bit that actually fits your program, state these:

Price depends mostly on size, cutter count and grade, and body type — a small steel-body bit and a large premium matrix bit are far apart. Rather than publish a number that would not fit your bit, we quote against your actual specification. Sourcing directly from qualified manufacturers is generally well below the cost of the same class of bit bought through a service-company channel, which is the reason to source direct.
